We know it’s super important that when you order that you can get it as quickly and conveniently as possible. That’s why we have decided to partner with DHL and UK Mail for all of our domestic and global deliveries.
Our delivery details are summarised below.
Option 1: UK Mail
Delivery Speed: Next Day
Service: 1-hour delivery slot on day of delivery.
Option 2: Royal Mail 48hr Recorded
Delivery Speed: 2 Working Days After Dispatch
Option: DHL Express
Delivery Time: 1-3 Working Days
USA / REST OF WORLD
USA Option: DHL Express US
Delivery Time: 1-3 Working Days
ROW Option: DHL Express
Delivery Time: 2-5 Working Days
EXPRESS DHL DELIVERY
All orders are sent via DHL Express delivery for Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and all other countries.
DHL is the world’s largest and leading logistics company operating in 220 countries and territories worldwide.
On Demand Delivery (ODD)
Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;
- Reschedule for another day
- Leave with a neighbour
- Leave in a safe place
- Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
- Deliver to an alternate address
- Hold until you return from vacation
Important Customs & Duty info for customers outside of the EU:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We like to keep the returns process simple. If you wish to return for a refund or exchange then all you need to do is to return your order to us in the same packaging and condition that it arrived in. If the items are damaged or clearly worn for an extended period of time then we will refuse the refund.
Sale items are non-refundable. You can exchange for store credit.
Before you return, email with your name, order number, the reason for return/exchange and a phone number. Once this has been done, please send to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days (this is how long it takes by the card processor).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We offer free UK Exchanges. If you wish to Exchange then get in touch and we can send you a slip to print off and add to your package to send back to us.
Note: Please leave a note why you wish to return the item and who it’s from by using your order number or full name. All our invoices are sent via PDF to your email once you buy from us, we aim to make sure we are as green as possible.
If you’re buying something as a gift you have until January 31st to let us know if you wish to exchange or return the item. This extended period starts from the 1st December.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All original packaging and labels must still be intact.
